Where a competent authority presents the relevant investigation documents and requires this Website to cooperate in an investigation of a specified user, or to take measures such as sealing, freezing, or transferring assets in relation to a user account, this Website will, in accordance with the requirements of such competent authority, assist by providing the relevant user data or carrying out the corresponding operations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this Website shall not assume any liability for any disclosure of user privacy, inability to operate the account, or any losses caused thereby.

Article 3

If a user of this Website violates the provisions of this Statement and thereby violates the relevant laws of the Republic of Seychelles, this Website, as the service provider, has the obligation to improve the rules and services of the platform. However, this Website has neither the intent to violate, nor has it violated, the relevant laws of the Republic of Seychelles, and shall not bear any joint and several liability for the conduct of such user.

For matters not covered in this Statement, the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of Seychelles shall apply. In the event of any conflict between this Statement and the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of Seychelles, the latter shall prevail.
